Do you take commission on bookings?+
Never. You pay a flat monthly fee and keep 100% of your booking revenue. No hidden charges.
Can I reclaim VAT on TrustCut subscriptions?+
Not currently. TrustCut is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged on your invoice - you pay only the price shown. Most independent barbers and small shops aren't VAT-registered themselves, so this has no practical impact. We'll let customers know if this changes.
Can I switch plans?+
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What's the difference between Individual and Barbershop plans?+
Individual plans are for solo barbers (mobile, chair rental, or shop-based). Barbershop plans are for businesses managing multiple barbers, with team features, multi-location support, and staff analytics.
Is there a contract or commitment?+
No long-term contracts. Pay monthly, cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
