Where do you ship?

We currently ship to UK addresses only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). International shipping is on the roadmap.

How much is delivery?

Standard UK delivery is £4.95 - free on orders over £40.

How quickly will I get my order?

Off-the-shelf items (tees, cosmetics, partner products) ship within 1-2 working days. Printed cards and the QR booking stand are made-to-order: usually 5-7 working days. Branded capes and towels are made-to-order in 7-10 working days.

Who do you ship with?

Standard orders go via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Larger or branded items go via DPD or Parcelforce.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes - once your order is dispatched we email a tracking link automatically.

What if my order is damaged or lost?

Email support@trustcut.co.uk within 14 days of dispatch. We'll resend lost orders and replace damaged ones at no extra cost.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Contact us as soon as possible - we can usually update the address while the order is still in 'Pending' or 'In production' status.

Do you handle returns?

Made-to-order items (cards, capes, towels, QR stands) cannot be returned unless faulty. Stock items can be returned unopened within 14 days for a full refund.

Are prices VAT-inclusive?

Yes. UK VAT is included in every line price and itemised on your receipt.

Where are products made?

Designed, printed and dispatched from the UK. We work with small local makers and our own Cricut studio for the made-to-order range.
